Spoil Me Rotten’s On Line Return Policy: returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise returns must be within 14 days from date of purchase.
* All returns require an authorization number. send an email to to request a return orders@spoil-me-rotten.netAuthorization number. Please note the reason for the return. Spoil Me Rotten will reply with an authorization number within 24 hours.
* Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.

All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Unlike regular orders placed at Spoil Me Rotten, pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time you place your order.
