Since they have contributed to the pot already, it would cost them lesser to wait for the flop than it would for the other players. However, if a player raises pre-flop, things would be different. The players in the early position must be careful about the hands that they choose to play. They should aggressively bet when they have stronger hands and should play slow in other cases.
